Hydronut: the sealing ring with coolant

The Hydronut sealing ring effectively directs the coolant towards the cutting edge. Cooling efficiency improves as the rotation speed increases.

Hydronut can be used for standard tools as well as tools with central irrigation.

The Hydronut sealing ring can be used in two ways:

• Sealing ring: for cutting tools with cooling hole.
• Ring-nozzle: for standard cutting tools.

By replacing the nozzle with the sealing ring, you can easily switch from one option to another.

The Hydronut system is available for D-type collets (10-12-14-16-20-24-29) and EX-type collets (12-16-20).
